BEIJING, October 10 (Itar-Tass) — Russia and China have entered the final phase in the negotiations on the crationt of long-range plane project, RF Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Zhukov told journalists on the results of the 15th meeting of the Russian-Chinese commission for the preparation of regular meetings between the two countries’ governments.

“We’ve come to grips with discussing the project to create a long-haul wide-body plane,” said Zhukov. “Our Chinese partners have taken a long time to consider if they should engage in cooperation with us, and now we are closely dealing with this.”

The RF deputy prime minister also said that another project on the creations of a heavy helicopter is being actively discussed at present.

According to Zhukov, the issues of energy resources supply to China were not discussed on Monday. A special venue – the energy dialogue forum have been created to address these issues, he said.

“Today, we have not discussed these issues at the meeting of the commission for the preparation of the meetings of the prime ministers. They will be discussed within the prime ministers’ dialogue and at their meeting,” the RF deputy prime minister said.

RF Prime Minister Vladimir Putin will pay a working visit to Beijing on October 11-12 at the invitation of Premier of the Chinese State Council Wen Jiabao. During the visit, Putin will take part in the 16th regular meeting of the heads of government of Russia and China in Beijing and have a conversation with Chinese President Hu Jintao, the RF government’s press service reported earlier. “During Russian-Chinese talks, the sides plan to discuss a wide range of issues of economic, scientific, technical and humanitarian cooperation. Special attention will be paid to the improvement of the mutual trade infrastructure, expansion of investment interaction and cooperation in highly technological fields, and implementation of long-term projects in the field of energy. The sides will also exchange opinions on topical international and regional problems,” it said.

look @Himanshu Pandey and @CountryFirst i dident sat use less, look at su-30 russia sell this fighters to both countrys:- one need technology and one need fighters , and russia want money ( at this year china copying su-30 and make new fighter j-16) , look at kilo class subs china sell they to both countrys india and china.:china want technology and india want subs. and russia want money. (now china copying kilo class subs and make new subs like type-39 class subs).... , look at lada class subs russia sell tham to china (4) and now offer new v. of lada amur 1650 subs. now again china want technology and india need subs. and russia want money......
if this helis have good powers like su-30 or killo than why our gov. dont think to buying tham ??? am i rong ???

on selling to china.. its a big economy with trillions doller in bank balance.... russia or no other country will deny them to sell arms... a lot of western companies don't sell them becuase of tech steal fear but if they become a little desperate in economic situation they will sell all of arms to china without any issue and they they will promote it in world as relation building tactics and including china in world.

on SU-30 our are better then chinise because we had a tailor made product for us in which more then russian equipments are involved.... apart from this no body can be sure to defend it border or become a power with purchased weapons.. we need to make them in India.. which I hope we will be able to make after 200 years if all goes well

no drdo and Hal try to make some weapons in 2030-40. like amca,fgfa,tejas mk2-3 for i.a.f. arjun mk2-3, light mbt project and new projects as well for i.a. and inc-1,2,3* , p-15,15a and project 17a + new ships and project 28 as well. that mean wecan save billions $$$ 1st time. good for India.

they are making them from last 40 years.... when it will be completed only god knows
